Head of the SAP Hybris as a Service

In his role as head of the SAP Hybris as a Service (YaaS) business unit, Charles is responsible for the overall direction and execution of YaaS. Charles is a proven innovator with a background in personalization, analytics, marketing and platforms.

Prior to this role, Charles was SVP of Product Strategy focused on the intersection between commerce, marketing, customer experience and customer data solutions portfolio at SAP Hybris.

Before joining SAP, he founded SeeWhy, which was acquired by SAP in June 2014, serving first as CEO then as chief strategy officer. SeeWhy grew from an idea, which he patented, into a leader in its field with more than 4,000 customers deployed on its multitenant SaaS platform. Prior to SeeWhy, he held a series of leadership, product and marketing roles at HNC, Sybase and Business Objects.

Charles is also the co-inventor of a patent for real time analytics, and served as Chairman of the Conversion Academy.
